Every Program Here Has a Purpose

At CrossFit Unshaken, each program is a deliberate part of one system. Coached training, strength work, open floor time, and nutrition support are built to work together, not operate in isolation.

CrossFit

Each class is a structured, coach-led session built around functional movements and deliberate intensity. Coaches correct movement in real time, adjust loads when something is off, and scale the workout to match where each member actually is. You are not left to figure it out on your own. The programming builds week over week so your training compounds instead of just accumulating fatigue.

Open Gym

Open gym gives current members dedicated floor time outside of scheduled classes. Use it to work on a skill that needs extra attention, complete accessory work that supports your training, or make up a session you missed. It runs on your schedule and pairs directly with what you are already doing in class, so the time you put in has a clear purpose.

Unshaken Strength (Barbell Club)

This program is built around structured barbell work: squat, press, and pull variations programmed with progressive loading and clear intent. It runs alongside CrossFit training for members who want to develop raw strength without abandoning their conditioning. Sessions are focused and efficient, with coaching on technique and load selection so the work translates into real strength gains over time.

Nutrition Coaching

Training without addressing nutrition leaves a significant gap. This program provides personalized guidance on fueling, recovery, and building habits that hold up under a busy schedule. It is integrated with your training so recommendations are specific to what you are doing in the gym, not generic advice pulled from a template. This is where the work outside the gym gets the same attention as the work inside it.

If you’ve been inconsistent, intimidated by gyms, or tired of trying to piece everything together alone, start with a free conversation. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and show you what a realistic first step could look like.
